How to collect wedding photos from every guest
Your photographer will catch the vows, the first kiss and the family portraits. But the moments people remember most, like your uncle on the dance floor or your best friend crying through the toast, are on your guests’ phones. Most of those photos never get sent.
Make one album before the day
Create an album in Pholo, name it after the wedding and pick a cover. It stays private to you until you share it, so you can set it up weeks ahead.
Put a QR code on every table
Open Request photos and Pholo makes a link and a QR code for the album. Print the QR code on a small card for each table, or add it to the program. Guests scan it with their phone’s camera and add photos right from the browser. There’s no app to download and no account to make.
Choose how long the link works
An invite link can last 7, 30 or 90 days. For a wedding, 30 days gives everyone time to find the good ones after they get home. You can turn the link off at any time.
See the day from every seat
As photos come in, every guest who adds some gets a circle at the top of the album. Tap your college roommate to see just their photos, add your aunt to see both, or go back to everyone. If the photos have locations, they also show up on the album’s map.
Keep your favorites
Anyone in the album can like, comment and save photos to their phone in high quality. Pholo keeps a sharp copy of every photo, and the originals stay on the phones they came from.
